Refund & Revisions Policy

We take pride in creating custom logo designs tailored to your brand's unique identity. To ensure transparency and build trust, please review our refund and revision policy below.

Revisions & Redraws

We offer unlimited revisions and redraws during the active design phase. Our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied before final delivery. All revision requests must be submitted via our online ticketing system, email or phone during the 7-day revision window.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment only if no final logo files have been delivered, and you are unsatisfied after giving us the opportunity to revise or redraw your design.

We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Refunds will not be issued if the final logo files have already been delivered, more than 14 days have passed since your initial payment or you approve a design and later change your mind for reasons unrelated to the original brief.

Delivery & Ownership

Upon final approval and full payment, your logo will be delivered in multiple formats (AI, PNG, JPG, SVG, WEBP etc.). At that point, you receive full ownerships and commercial usage rights. Prior to final approval, all designs remain the property of 25PoundLogoDesign™.

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

We are committed to resolving any concerns directly. If you're not satisfied, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks for delivered and approved custom work may be disputed, and refund eligibility is subject to this policy.
